Keith... Do you find, in your market, that you can't make a blanket statement about the number of homes sold in a large geographic area, like the WSJ article did. In our area, the numbers may be down for the state or even for a county. When you zero in on homes sold in a city or even a section of a city, you'll find a different statistic all together. I wish the media would start telling the story but add that caveat. When a client reads an article like the one you have posted, they are disillusioned by the "blanket statement". What's your input?
