timing is everything

i think of myself more of a realist than an optimist, but i do believe that the bainbridge island residential real estate market will begin to turn around in terms of prices and sales volume in 2012 - 2013.  hence, my mantra for 2012 is going to be "timing is everything" and i thought i should have a theme song by that title.  so, here's a tune by that title sung by garrett hedlund.
